B-Physica Physiolates Centre is a hybrid Physiotherapy and Rehab Pilates Centre that recently open at Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur. The center will be offering help to clients to break their pain cycle so they can return to doing what they love.

I had a chance to join their reformer classes recently, the class was suitable for both beginner & intermediate fitness enthusiasts, as a newbie to working out  I was pretty glad I'm guided by highly educated and passionate instructors who are experts in their respective fields. The instructions were clearly given and I like how their classes are small so every detail was taken note and the instructors are able to help with my positioning by the end of the session I walked away feeling highly intrigued.
