WIP has planned out a magical menu for you and your loved one on this special day, the restaurant rings fancy but some ways humble at the same time, located in Bangsar Shopping Center. This Valentine's Day, WIP Adam & Eve menu is a 4-course dinner menu in a Garden of Eden setting but that's not it during dinner, enjoy the company of a snake charmer who is making an appearance to woo your hearts.
So let's take a look at the 4-course menu, shall we?
Started the appetizers with a deliciously rich Butternut Squash Apple soup, followed by a zesty Citrus Mixed Berry Salad.

The soup has a nice and thick consistency to it, it was made with butternut squash, green apple, carrot, and spices.

Citrus Mixed Berry Salad
I really love the salad, it was a mixture of avocado, strawberries, blueberries, orange supreme, baby spinach, arugula with a zesty citrus dressing that made it really refreshing.

For the main course, you can choose between the Pommery Salmon or the Tenderloin. I went for the Tenderloin of course and I love it!
Tenderloin with Berry Coulis
The tenderloin was perfectly cooked to perfection, I love my steaks medium rare because it's more tender and juicy all the way to the center. The seasoning was spot-on and it was served with honey balsamic roasted brussels sprouts, baby carrots, and broccoli.
Pommery Salmon
A pan-seared salmon filet with extra time spent on the skin to get the crispy coating and the perfect pink center paired with balsamic grain mustard sauce and topped with mash potatoes and asparagus as sides.
Tenderloin with Berry Coulis
I love my steaks medium rare and the tenderloin was cooked perfectly, it was tender and juicy all the way to the center served with honey balsamic roasted brussels sprouts, baby carrots, and broccoli.
In keeping with the theme, dessert tempts you to take a bite out of the “Forbidden Fruit” itself in the form of an Apple Confit Parfait, served with Häagen Dazs Strawberry ice-cream.
To sweeten the deal, the meal also comes with a specially crafted cocktail called ‘Garden of Eden’ – an ambrosial meld of gin, elderflower liqueur, cider, apple juice, apple syrup, mint leaves and lime juice
