Breakfast suggestions with Dutch Lady Milk

Here are some of my favorite breakfast suggestions, paired with a glass of Dutch Lady Milk. These quick and easy breakfast recipe will help you nourish your morning in a good way!



#1 Scramble eggs on toast 

You may think you’re getting enough protein with two eggs on your breakfast plate, but you likely need more, adding a glass of milk is an easy and delicious way to help you gain high quality protein. 

Lightly beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl, heat butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat and pour in egg mixture. start scrambling your eggs and let it cook for a minute before removing it onto your hot toast.


 #2 Banana Egg Pancakes

This recipe only needs TWO ingredients - Bananas & Eggs

Mash ripe banana well, add in whisk eggs and pour mixture onto a nonstick pan and start cooking 



#3 Lavender Latte 

Sometimes a simple glass of milk gives us the nutrients that we need and make it convenient for us in the mornings when we have little time to prepare breakfast.

In a small saucepan, combine dried lavender & camomile tea. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer and allow to cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add honey and pour into your mug and enjoy.




#4 Milk Toast

Toast your bread, cut them into square, sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.  Heat up the milk with butter, a pinch of salt, vanilla essence and 1 teaspoon of flour. Once the milk is done mix everything up to enjoy the delicious nutritious Milk Toast.
