I've tried and tested 3 shades - Red Smolder, Rosewood and Romantic Pink and here is my review on each of the colours.


RED SMOLDER

A timeless bold red lip colour, there's no wrong way to wear this. The classic red is the perfect party-girl shade without all the mess. The colours are really vivid and beautifully pigmented, pair it with a Little Black Dress and you're ready to rock!



ROSEWOOD

I've been searching for a perfect nude lip colour and it turns out this is the perfect tan nude that actually suits my skin tone and it makes my lips look full and natural without trying too hard.

ROMANTIC PINK

A beautiful light pink that works with most colours, this is one of those universally flattering lipsticks that pretty much anyone can wear. If you love a sweet, joyful and friendly shade this will be perfect for you.



Overall I am amazed as this is my first time trying out lipsticks from Mary Kay and it was up to my expectations. Besides that, the formula is long-lasting, gorgeously pigmented and smudge proof at an affordable price. Definitely would recommend this lipstick, and would love to try more colours myself!

At 39 weeks and the countdown is on, it's almost time to say hello to the baby and getting that Hospital Bag ready is the only thing left for me to do.
