Journey of my 2nd pregnancy


I'm blessed to be pregnant with my second one now that Miya is 2 years old unfortunately this round it is not the same as the first. My first trimester was really hard to cope with, I was constantly dizzy, low blood pressure, nausea, bloating. My taste bud changed, out of the sudden Japanese food is not my favorite anymore 😂 It was so bad until I threw food just by looking at pictures of it! #sodramatic

Anyway, I think I pretty much got the entire package, vomiting, nausea, lethargic. This reminded me how blessed I was during my first pregnancy but all pregnancies are different but that's just a part of motherhood isn't it?

Anyway, to reduce my problems, I started taking smaller meals, ate around 5-6 small meals a day, depending on my needs but I kept feeling hungry 😂😂 I also limit myself to oily food, I noticed oily food makes my tummy bloat and I will feel nausea after it. Once I had chicken rice, I was really hungry and it was really good so I finished the entire meal and that's where the suffering happens like omg why did I even do that?

Nevertheless, we are really excited about the arrival of another Baby M!! I'm currently in my 2nd trimester, 19 weeks now, all is good and I'm happy with my little bump although it looks like beer belly more than a bump soon you'll puff up like a balloon!

Pre-pregnancy weight: 54kg
18 weeks pregnancy weight: 60kg

Anyway hoping for a smooth delivery like I had with my first, since I have ditch working out which I should but I'm just too lazy as the days goes by, so many things to do yet so little time, it really isn't the same after having a child, working, cleaning up, cooking, washing and the list goes on *phew* 

Nevertheless, I can't wait to meet you baby M! xoxo ðŸ˜—😗😗
