Pregnancy Problems

Hello 3rd trimester!! As much as I'm excited about the arrival of my princess I'm also quite worried that the clock is ticking and I have not prepared everything I want it to be. Yes I'm a perfectionist wannabe. *p/s I'm getting really bad with my memory lately, it's as if the baby has taken up my memory space and there's not much ram left in my brains for it to be functioning properly. How to upgrade my ram ah? lol!
As I entered my 3rd trimester, I've lost my appetite just like my not so joyful 1st trimester because that journey was filled with vomit and heartburn *WHYYYYYY LA!!!!!* I was enjoying my 2nd trimester so much! Although I did not have any weird cravings neither did I eat like there's no tomorrow but I was feeling really good all the time.
This week I've been diagnosed with urinary tract infection according to the Dr's explanation it's because the uterus sits directly on top of the bladder. As the uterus grows, its increased weight can block the drainage of urine from the bladder, causing an infection so going to the toilet and pee is a pain in the a** On top of that, I have heartburn which gives me the worst acid reflux causing my nausea :( I'm feeling uncomfortable and sick most of the time because of all the indigestion and trapped wind all around the top of my abdomen.
Luckily I found a few ways to deal with my upset stomach and urinary tract infection. It's not instant but it did make me feel better within a week.
1. doTERRA DigestZen Essential Oil Blend
Started using doTERRA DigestZen Essential Oil Blend to tame my awfully upset tummy *mind you I'm not exaggerating, it's that painful until I experience childbirth -.- *, by applying 2-3 drops and rub it gently around my tummy, it feels as if I have a warm compress after the rubbing and it comforts me for hours, at least it reduces my discomfort.
2.Young Coconut Water
I read online that coconut water can help build up immunity, improve kidney function, prevent urinary tract infections and lower high blood pressure. Conveniently I have 2 stalls right outside my house so I decided to give it a try and it did help, finally I could pee without pain! What a relief!
3. Change of diet Doc has also advice me to stay away from citrus fruits ie lemons and oranges *both my favorites T____T* and oily & fatty food. I made small simple meals so I do not have to clean the kitchen and boiling soup is the easiest.
By taking small little steps like these the problems fade away within days. Hopefully it will not return *fingers crossed*
